There is only one exit with ticket gates at Heiwajima Station. Turn left after you go through the ticket gate.
Go along the path that has a Seven-Eleven on the left and a noodle shop on the right.
Turn left at the end of the path (there is an arcade at the corner), and proceed on Daiichi Keihin Avenue .
Two bus stops will soon come into view, but the buses bound for BIG FUN stop at a different bus stop at the back.
100-yen shuttle buses and the Boat Race buses depart from the same bus stop.

Go through the ticket gate at the Chuo Exit and walk to the East Exit (left).

This sign says "Heiwajima Station bound" and indicates the stop exclusively for the free Boat Race buses, which operate only when boat races are being held.
